CVR Drop-Through Rotary Valve
Standard drop-through airlock for gravity discharge and vacuum feeding.
The CVR is the standard drop-through airlock: product falls by gravity into the rotor pocket and is discharged at the bottom, which suits gravity discharge under a silo, a vacuum receiver or a dust hopper.
The body is a single casting machined on both faces. The rotor can be open or closed, with adjustable tips that bring the gap back to 0.10 mm when the body wears. Outboard bearings keep the grease away from the product path.
Options include air-purge shaft sealing, a bronze-tipped rotor for fine combustible dust, replaceable wear plates for mildly abrasive product, and flange drilling to DIN PN10, ANSI 150# or JIS 10K.
