CVC Wear-Resistant Rotary Valve
Ceramic liner or tungsten carbide coating for abrasive powders.
The CVC puts the wear where it can be replaced. The body carries 8 mm ceramic wear plates and the rotor tips are tungsten carbide coated, so the tip gap can be brought back to 0.10 mm on site instead of replacing the valve.
Typical duty is cement and clinker, fly ash, limestone and mineral fillers; body and rotor are cast iron, SS304 or SS316L depending on temperature and medium.
A heat-isolated end cover keeps bearing temperature below 90 °C where the material runs hot. The rotor can be open, closed or adjustable-tip, and the wear plates are a stock item.
