CVQ Quick-Cleaning Rotary Valve
Sanitary design with rail-mounted rotor extraction.
The CVQ is built for lines that are cleaned between products. The rotor rides on a rail: release two clamps, slide the rotor out of the body, and the whole product path is open for sweeping and swabbing without breaking the pipeline.
Product-contact surfaces are machined and polished to Ra 0.03 – 0.08 µm, with fully radiused pockets so no powder is held in a corner. The body drains completely once the rotor is out, which shortens washdown and dry-off.
Available in SS316L with DIN or ANSI flanges and air-purge shaft sealing for dusty rooms. Typical duty is dairy and milk powder, food ingredients, and pharmaceutical excipients.
