CVO 防剪切旋转阀
侧向进料设计,保护易碎颗粒免受剪切。
The CVO is a side-entry valve for products that must arrive whole. The inlet sits to the side of the rotor and the tip carries a relief angle behind it, so pellets and granules that are slightly oversize pass into the pocket instead of being cut against the body edge.
Rotor speed is kept below 25 rpm, with tip speeds under 0.5 m/s, which keeps breakage low on plastic pellets, regrind, cereal pieces and other fragile product.
Outboard bearings and a torque limiter protect the drive from cold lumps and purge slugs, and a rotor speed monitor trips the feeder if the rotor stalls.
