About CEMAX
Solutions, not products. CEMAX builds rotary valves, airlocks and rotary feeders in Jiangyin, Jiangsu, for plants that cannot use a catalogue valve: 850 °C ash, 50 % moisture clay, abrasive phosphate, dairy product that must leave the rotor intact.
We machine the body, the rotor and the end plates ourselves, so a change in bore, clearance, surface finish or flange drilling is a drawing revision rather than a new supplier. Every valve leaves with the records an inspector asks for: PMI material reports, dye-penetrant results, air-tightness figures and measured surface roughness.
What the plant looks like
- 4,500 m² manufacturing and assembly floor
- Capacity for 2,000+ valves a year, standard sizes from 3 weeks
- CE declaration of conformity and ISO 9001:2015 quality system
- Export packing and document sets for sea freight
Content plan — what this page still needs
The structure below is reserved but empty; each slot needs a photograph or a sentence from the plant before it goes live.
- Hero photograph of the assembly floor, eye level, wide enough for a 3:2 crop.
- A four-step “how a custom valve gets made” strip: drawing, machining, assembly, test bench — one photo each.
- Certificates wall: CE declaration and ISO 9001:2015 as thumbnails that open the PDF in the resources library.
- Team block: the engineers who answer enquiries, with names and roles.
- Timeline from the founding year to today, plus export markets by region.
