Product trapped in the pocket
Square pocket corners hold powder that a washdown cannot reach, and it becomes a spoilage source. Fully radiused pockets with no dead corner flush clean at the next changeover.
Allergen carry-over between runs
Trace allergen from the previous product survives a dry clean. A quick-release rotor rail drops the rotor out so the product path is swept and wiped in under 15 minutes.
Breakage of fragile pieces
A tight tip clearance crushes biscuit and cereal pieces against the body. The shear-protector profile passes oversize pieces with tip speeds kept under 0.5 m/s.
